When used as it's intended, FormMail set's the user sending the email to 
the email address entered on the website.

You can suppress the message by setting up the siteadmin for every site 
using a form-to-email script such as FormMail as a sendmail trusted 
user (see sendmail documentation, or search the list archives), but I'd 
rather have this in the logs.
