Sorry about the mistake as to where it was <frown>.
These two lines in /etc/crontab:
<snip>
# Monitor services to make sure everything is still okay.
0,15,30,45 * * * * root /usr/local/sbin/swatch >>/var/cobalt/adm.log
2>&1
</snip>
You comment those lines out and then restart crontab thusly:
# /etc/rc.d/init.d/crond restart
