RE: [cobalt-users] www default in email on server

Or you can set up the vsites config with OpenWebmail so that all new users
won't have www in their email addresses.

Config OpenWebmail for all new vsites:
	/home/openwebmail/cgi-bin/openwebmail/etc/sites.conf

Create a www.domain.com file with pico, using the Openwebmail template
there.
In the Domain name setting, use domain.com instead of www.domain.com

I think that's how I did it.

And while we're at it, to delete the www in the email address for majordomo
lists:
For new mailing lists:
pico /etc/mail/aliases.majordomo
... and remove www. in the reply email address for the site and mailing
list
type "newaliases" for sendmail to see the new alias that you made and then
restart sendmail
 restart sendmail:
 	/etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail restart

...this is all for a Raq550.
