Seriously...
1) don't use a RaQ in today's spam-heavy environment; they're simply
underpowered.
2) if you're getting a lot of spam don't use spamassassin; spamassassin
can overload a system all by itself.
3) don't use sendmail if you can help it; this might require you build a
separate email server or use an outsource company.
We've built servers just to handle email, and use them as primary and
secondary mx for our clients' domains; then forward the "cleaned-up"
email to the client at a non-advertised address (on RaQs and other
servers).
