[cobalt-users] Problem with DNS (named) on Raq4i

I am having an issue with my Raq4i.
The DNS is throwing some unusual errors in messages:

ns-req: sendto([xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx].xxxx): Resource temporarily unavailable

2 or 3 times a day it will do this for 5 or 10 minutes at a time.   The load
on the server is very low (under 1).  The other symptom is that sometimes
when it does this it will also refuse new ssh connections.

I have seen a couple other people have this error on the list, but never any
resolution.   Any help would be appreciated.
