Bill,
SSH to your machine as Admin, then Su to root.
Change into the uninstallers directory. /var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers
Execute the uninstall script for OpenWebMail.
Probably something like this, depending upon the version of OpenWebMail
./openwebmail-1.71-20020917.uninst
The ./ in front of the script name will execute it.
Next time, You may want to FTP the .pkg file to your server first, then
execute it that way.
Put it into /home/packages and it'll show up in the GUI
