The solution below from Michael Stauber (March 2 post) worked for me:
rpm -qa|grep bwmgmt
rpm -e --justdb bwmgmt-1.0.0_2.4.19C9_V-1
rpm -e --justdb bwmgmt-1.0.0_2.4.19C10_V-1
rpm --rebuilddb

Then install the package.
