Setup DNS on the server, and upgrade it to a dynamic dns server. make sure
the server points to itsself, and all clients point to the server for dns
resolution. This solves 99% of the active directory logon problems. One the
clients correctly register in the dynamic dns, they will show up in, and log
on to, the domain without the long delays and/or timeouts.
