[cobalt-users] Slightly OT: Relay mail based on sender's email address.

Hi All,

I have POP before SMTP setup.
I have a user that does not have a static IP address and cannot check mail 
on my server but would like to use it to send mail. Can I setup something 
in the /etc/mail/access that relays mail for him based on his email address?

Can I do something like:
clientdomain.com   RELAY
or
clientdomain.com OK
