That's windows, can't help you there, we do all our CDs on Linux

it is not going to install those Windows mangled filenames!!!

What kind of a backup?
What kind of a resrote?
What backup/restore process are you using?

No, as a rule data backup/restore processes do not mess with 'patches' and
other system files.

late model RaQ4i's came with both hard drive trays and cables
The only difference between RaQ4i and a RaQ4r is the 2nd hard drive
and the OS which has RAID support onthe 4r.
Look at the label on the back of the server, reads RaQ4i ???
