Since your domain just has a placeholder page now, I'm guessing that the stats haven't been processed yet, and have nothing to process...
I get an error message every night for a domain I have on my RaQ that isn't "live" yet and has had no traffic to it, so the stats processing can't happen.
What is line 560 in summarizer.cgi? I'm sure it will tell you what file doesn't exist...
If you open it in vi, just do :560 to go straight to that line.
