You have to make sure your client program uses;
115.2Kb, 8 databits, 1 stop bit, no parity, no handshaking of any kind.
Power up the RaQ with a paperclip stuck in the hole by the LCD. If LCD
reads "Console ON" your all set, else if the LCD reads "Console Off" power
down and 'do-it-again'
