there can be numerous reasons this happened.
1) out of order packages being loaded (dependency)
2) Bad CD
3) Bad RAM
4) Bad CPU
5) Bad Hard Drive.

You really have to use the console port and log/capture the console
output. Then search trough it for the spot where the error happened.
