Hi
I have done both & when I use putty - type user & pass the terminal window
just disappears (using both telnet/ssh). When I use WinSCP it gives me an
error 'Error getting name of current remote directory' - connection has
closed.
Are there certain settings I need to change like preferred ssh protocol '1'
or '2' etc..
any help is appreciated
