It _could_ make a difference, depending on which version of named you're
running, and on whether or not you limit where zone transfers can go
and where they can come from.
Why?
Because the nameserver will always respond with the main IP# of the box,
no matter what IP# it's contacted on.
We stopped using multiple IP#s for virtual nameservers as soon as the
registries allowed it; it makes it a lot easier to administer the most
recent versions of named.
(Remember that since your version of named could change, something that
works now could stop working later, long after you've forgotten the
details.)
