[cobalt-users] Where do I find .htaccess

["Robert C. Betzel" <rbetzel@xxxxxxxxx>]

My .htaccess file is missing and I was told to just
copy it from another site.  I created a know site but
could not find the file.  Where should the file be or
what do I need to do to create it.
