I have used mysql and PHP on a Raq, Raq2, and Raq3 without a problem.  If
there is a problem with that software I don't really gogo cobalt with it
so I can't say much about the warranty.

Although you can run your databases on the Raq products, I still feel better
running my database machines on a seperate machine and having the Raq's 
connect to them.
