I don't know the RaQ3 Check_RCPT ruleset used, but I would guess it's
the same as the RaQ2 and RedHat 5.2 and up -- in which case it should
check the IPs as well.  What I tend to do in this case is that I may
have a 'C-Class' network or block of /24 networks I need to allow
through so instead of specifying each 254 IPs I just do:

64.27.85.

However, if there's a block of IPs smaller than a /24 those have to
be explicitly listed.

The ruleset in all likelihood, is set to check for both hostnames
and IP addresses, so EITHER (or both) should work...if you have the
hostname, you can get away w/o having the IP and if you have the IP,
you can get away w/o having the hostname listed.
