I apologize for not sending it to cobalt users, my intention was
to have the official release ready today to post.

Because experimental patches haven't been blessed by our SQA team.
Until software is tested by someone besides engineers it is not
considered releasable.  I made available an experimental patch to
those who feel their systems are at risk.
