Sure..
It depends on how much you charge. If you charge $70 for a two year
registration and pay $20, you can afford to give an aggregate of about
20 minutes per support per customer. If you sell it for $50 and pay
$20, you can afford about ten minutes per customer.
It's not that you have to offer support, it's that OpenSRS doesn't come
with any. You send them $500. You get some software. You make it
work. If it doesn't work you figure out why.
I'm glad you want to do that. Frankly, I want to do it, too.
