You don't get support. You get to be a sub-registrar. You do it all
yourself, using the same kind of software a registrar uses. Instead of
paying thousands of dollars up front, you pay an extra few bucks per
domain.
Think of it as a co-op. The prices are better, but you've gotta bag
your own groceries <wry grin>.
You get to support your customers. OpenSRS is NOT for the faint of
heart. If you don't have a few years of Linux (not Cobalt) experience
under your belt, this probably isn't for you.
