Here's my question as posted to the Internet Access List
(list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), and the anser from a man who should know... he's
an OpenSRS member and he's NOT an affiliate.

There were other answers, too, all pointing out the same information.
So the verdict is in; you do NOT have to be a mirror. Still, for two
bucks each, maybe I'll mirror the Linux server <smile>.
