As I recall, the RaQ uses Proftpd.

If so, then there's an excellent manual on line.

See their faq at <http://www.proftpd.net/docs/proftpdfaq.html>.

Be sure to get it today, before they redesign it, as they have the rest
of their site, to white on black, which is impossible to print <frown>.
