[cobalt-users] FTP / Protecting Directories

I need to set up an FTP account on a domain that only has access to certain
directories.  Specifically, I want to protect the CGI-BIN directory so the
functions can be run, but cannot be downloaded or read via FTP.  Does
anybody know how to do that?
