Good point, Tom.
Why, in the world, would anyone need to move this file, unless they were
making a proprietary system (ie. one that does not follow normal
conventions). And, on top of it all.... NOT DOCUMENT IT!?!
The Raq was designed to make it easier to host web sites... instead it is
making it harder for the average person!
