Majordomo documentation is very clear on the fact that the restrict post
option is not too satisfactory specifically because there's no easy way
to get the file on the server.
The easy way to do it is to create a perl program that'll accept a file,
check it for contents, and place it in the proper directory. Then set
up an alias for this perl program, so you can send it the file via
email.
(We do commercial email-list hosting, and we've set this up for several
of our clients.)
