[cobalt-users] Help with Raq3i

I work for a small ISP in Guyana South America. I recently deployed my raq3i
and it was running fine. My sites were up. Suddenly, I noticed that the LCD
screen simply read "booting" and the server apparently restarted on its own.
It has been in this state for the last four hours without any change any
condition. I have tried switching off and restarting, and I have also tried
to use the serial console without any success. If I understand correctly,
this cable should be a standard db9-db9 female to female cable ? Will I see
any responses when the server is in a boot state ? There is no evident hard
disk activity based on the leds and as far as I know, no power outages that
would force a reboot. Has anyone encountered this ?
