I installed the 4.0 pkg on the RaQ3, but it did not install to my knowledge,
cant find any trace of it, anywhere, even though the Cobalt GUI says it is
there.... so ???

How difficult would it be to make a pkg that would install all of these and
do those changes? Also will the install listed effect using the cobalt
interrace at all since it shows installing a newer version of Apache?
