Um, why not? Granted, there are a number of things I wouldn't dream of
doing with webmin whilst running the cobalt front end, but surely it
should be possible to use the former as an extension to the latter.
I would have thought that as long as one didn't use webmin to perform
functions that exist in the cobalt gui one should be okay. For
instance, if I want to modify httpd.conf, say to add a directory to a
site, as far as I can tell there is no way to do that on a standard RaQ
except by telnet. Webmin will allow me to modify the site and restart
Apache. I don't see how this conflicts with the cobalt setup.
I'll grant that there are many things I wouldn't dream of doing with
webmin unless it was the only gui available, but I have seen it running
successfully alongside other front ends.
Please note: It is my considered opinion that webmin is a potentially
very dangerous tool, but if treated with respect it can be very useful.
I'm still trying to pluck up the courage to install it on my RaQ 3.
Trust me, I'm a doctor
