From the "newbie" standpoint the RaQ3 is very easy to use, although it's a bit unforgiving at times. I've played around with earlier versions of Webmin on a local RedHat 6.0 server and I can safely state, based upon my own "newbie" experience, that Webmin isn't the easiest control panel to install, or to use. Webmin assumes that one has SOME experience managing a server and should already know what some of the features are for and how to properly use them.
The one thing I'd like to see Cobalt do is elborate a bit more on the User's interface, as to include a few more of the common features. For instance, web based file manager, perl script checker, password protect a directory, etc..with a click of a button. They "claim" their servers are secure, but as soon as we give users telnet or SSH access, that security is pretty much blown out the window, hence we're stuck with trying to write out own modules in order to offer these types of UI capabilities.
