And without trying to defend Cobalt (those of you who've read my
previous posts probably realize I'm pretty honest about these things)...

Internally the RaQ3 is quite a different beast.  Very different from the
others.  Not only in the hardware architecture, but in the software
architecture as well.

Yes, there have been a lot of bugs to work out.
