I tried this. Because I had already gone through the deletion
procedure, it stopped with the error message: "Cannot read from
/usr/local/majordomo/lists/site19-users: No such file or directory" Of
course not; it had deleted the file already.
So I added the file. Then I got another error message about .77 not
being in use. So I switched over a site I had already set up to use
.77, and that of course made it in use.
I finally successfully deleted the site in question. Then I deleted the
site now using .77 (it was already scheduled for deletion, anyway).
How is the average joe user supposed to know all that? So my last word
<smile> is: Don't use leading 0s in IP#s; they can cause headaches.
