use the nifty 'locate' command ;)

locate siteList.cgi
/usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/siteList/siteList.cgi
(on a Raq2) 

I suppose i should point out that putting it somewhere else won't actully
work tho, it references several other perl modules, some of which a user
isn't going to have permission or execute....
