[cobalt-users] How do you get Cobalt to do Warranty Work?



I have been trying for 3 days to get cobalts tech
support to call me back about a Cache Raq that died on
me.  I left messages and talked to the guy who answers
the phone.  When they did call me back they called a
number for an old employeer.  I had left a new number
each time I talked at them.  I even e-mailed them. 
When my boss talked to them yesterday and explained
the problem they said that we could either send the
unit back and they would repair and return it, (with
shipping time 14 day turn-around) or pay them $149.00
to get them to advance swap.  That was fine, but they
will only take credit cards for the payment.  I work
for a school system and we only do POs.  That didn't
matter to them.  What a great product with POOR
support by the maker.  We would be willing to get
certified on their products if they offered any thing
like that.  Sorry to complain to you guys.
