This is, without a doubt, the _dumbest_ protocol Cobalt has ever conceived.
Why they would want to burden Cobalt admins with trying to explain to their
customers why they have to type in a "/web" is simply beyond me...
...especially considering the RaQs are supposed to be incredibly user-
friendly and easy to setup/run.

I would like to see this annoying feature removed so that whenever one
creates a site admin, it is set to <site>/web instead of <site>/user.
Jeff - could you implement something like this for me that would work with
the existing Cobalt GUI? If so, let's talk shop...
