[cobalt-users] [RaQ3] Cobalt UI Site Usage Statistics Problems

Is anyone else having a problem with the Site Statistics feature of the
Cobalt UI.  I know there are (and I have installed) better programs for
tracking site stats, but I still have some users that access their stats
page in the GUI and then call support questioning  the discrepancies.   I am
having several problems with it:

1. Logged on as server ADMIN, I get some sites and services listed multiple
times, others are not.  (i.e. www.mydomain.com web is listed 4 times, but
www.virtualsite.com web is not)

2. Is generally not accurate when reporting stats.  Shows no FTP activity
for one of my hosted sites for Feb, but I know there was activity by
checking the logs manually.

Maybe the solution is to just clear the stats and start over.   Anyone know
how to reset the site usage figures of the Cobalt UI without breaking
Cobalt's VTW laws?
