I'm not sure what you mean by threads email properly, but the current
version of Outlook Express allows for multiple address and personalities. It
will pick up email from multiple accounts, and keep track of the place it
picked it up, and when you responde to it, it picks the correct reply to
address. You can also set up different footers for each email address, and
there is a dropdown list for you to pick/change the reply to address.
