Well, Microsoft?s requirements list for Interdev ist very imprecise. Most
MS documents state that it needs FP extensions on the server side running.
In fact, there are separate Interdev Server extensions that ship together
with Interdev. And, you guessd it, they are only meant to be installed on
an NT box.
There?s one more confusing thing about the Interdev server components: To
make use of them on one of your virtual webservers you have to enable a
"Frontpage Web" for this webserver (certainly after installing the server
components). Thus, no part of the configuration GUI mentions the Interdev
server again.
To make it quick and simple: Forget it! You won?t be able to use Interdev
with a RaQ. At least yet.

Don?t know it either.

Interdev as well as Frontpage utilizes only the HTTP port 80 although
M$ has defined some weird extensions to the HTTP protocol to make their
software work. In fact, that?s one of the few things that make sense
because many webservers have large ranges of blocked ports (be it on
the server itself or via a router) for security reasons. The only port
you can be sure that it?s available on a webserver is port 80.
Best regards.
