According to Microsoft's instruction booklet included in Visual Studio,
Microsoft Visual Interdev requires ASP.

Whether or not it'll work with ChilisoftASP is unknown to me at this
time.

Unless you can either get Microsoft or someone else to tell you, or can
port sniff sniff, or check your logs, we may never know what port it's
looking for, will we?
