Hi folks,
Not sure if I understand the requirement fully (" that threads email properly") , but just in case ...
I use Calypso, not a freebie but a very good mail package. Very configurable.
It will pick up mail from loads of different mailboxes and when creating mail allows you to select from a number of "From" addresses. If this is what you mean by "multiple personalities" perhaps this is the client for you. Take a look at www.mcsdallas.com
Good luck and regards Tim Prowting.
PS. Gee, I hope this helps, it will be the first time I have been able to "Give" something back to this list.
PPS. I have no connection with Calypso, other than the fact that I'm a very satisfied user.
