[cobalt-users] Mail with Subdomain.domain

Hello Group.

I am still having complications getting the subdomain mail to work properly.
This is what I have done.

I manually added the subdomains into the zone record.
reset the dns from web interface

Added the subdomains to the mail interface via control panel.
reset mail from web interface

Checking Accept mail for the virtual site still doesn't work because domain
is already accepting mail.  Sending mail to the domains returns the generic
loopback message.

Please pardon my ignorance if I have missed something, but I really need to
get this issue resolved.  Can someone post clear steps (solution based) to
this problem.  For those just now tuning in...

I have 3 domains : subdomain1.generic.com ; subdomain2.generic.com; and
subdomain3.generic.com  all of which have been added to the virtual site
list. Upon checking accept mail on subdomain1, all subsequent subdomains
will not allow this option to be checked.

It is important for each subdomain to have the ability to accept mail and
use the web administration interface.
