(1) You need A records for www.foo.com and foo.com.
(2) if you wish to receive mail @foo.com, you need to
create an MX record.
(3) you need to create a secondary nameservice record
and put in the FQDN (i.e. ns.bar.com) of your
secondary nameserver.
