Rick,
I currently have the same problem with one server with approximately 150
domains. Through the list I have found that another person had the same
problem and received a patch from Cobalt that has solved his problem.
I called Cobalt and was told I would receive a call back. As expected, the
call never came.
This most likely had nothing to do with your change of ip number, mine has
been the same for the past year without change.
If I ever do talk to anyone there, I will post the response. This list is
100 times more helpful and informational then my experiences with Cobalt.
