[cobalt-users] FTP permissions

I recently had to change IP addresses on one of my RaQ2 servers.  I have a
client who used ftp to update his site and now when he tries to ftp it
won't let him CDUP to the next directory.  It puts him in his WEB
directory.  I tried changing his user profile to remove Site Administrator
and then changed it back (sometimes this works with Frontpage extensions)
but it did not work.  

Does anyone know why a site administrator would not have access or why the
FTP is not letting him do to the directory he needs?
