Yes,
I called the support of where we purchased the server (one of cobalt's
resellers) and he was able to get from Cobalt a Security Patch
(RaQ2-Security Release 2.91) which is currently publicly unavailable. My
contact at the reseller installed the package for me and so I do not have
access to it (unless someone can explain how to download a .pkg file from
the RaQ2). Maybe the nice people at Cobalt who are reading this will make
this patch available for download. ;-)

Hello,
I need to know if you found the solution to this problem. I am having the
same trouble and have been unable to determine the cause for 3 days. I
haven't seen any more posts after this one. All site admins have lost
access to their main site via ftp. When logging on the system recognizes
them as site admin because the site admin message is displayed. However,
they are placed into their users directory and are not permitted to climb
up the directory.
Thanks,

the directory structure of their site. The client takes them to their
/user/username directory but displays it merely as /. It is as though they
have all lost their site administration privileges, at least in FTP. They
can still access their siteadmin on the GUI. This is even happening to MY
sites that I use a siteadmin login instead of server admin. Has anyone
ever encountered this before? If so, HELP!
