John,

I had a similar problem with a certificate I got from Verisign
(see my post few weeks back).  After trying everything I could
think of I called Cobalt tech support.  They said that they don't
know why this problem occurs, but it goes away after rebooting.
Since I didn't have any other option I reboot and my RaQ3i started
using the Verisign certificate!
