[cobalt-users] MX Record Change on RaQ2

I have searched the archives and found a few referenced to my problem, but
have not found a solution yet.

I want all mail for one of my domains to be forwarded to another mail
server. I have the ip address of the mail server, but do not know where to
change it.  I have learned from my studies that it has something to do with
changing the MX record for the domain, but that's about all I know.  Can
some one tell me specifically which file needs to be changed and where it is
located?

Also, is this change immediate, or does it require stopping and restarting
the server?
