The Raq has no way of telling how you telneted to it (using a name or ip),
to it its the same thing.  But when it trys to put that a user at
192.168.1.3 tried to telnet into it, it also trys to list a hostname.  If
there isn't a DNS server for it to do this lookup, it has to wait until it
times out.  Which is kinda bogus if you are wanting to use it as a intranet
server.

So if you don't have internet access, you can set up the Raq to be its own
DNS server.  Add all the names for your local network and everything should
be peachy.
