[cobalt-users] HELP WITH BACKUP PLEASE

I had a RaQ and backed up my home directory where I had all my databases

I switched to a RaQ2 and when I try to restore the backup, I do not get
anything writen in the server.

Can somebody please guide me how to restore this backup, or how to read the
individual files and copy them manually to my hard disk in order to FTP
them? Or what alternatives do I have?

Please help me. This is critical for my business
