Hello,
Have you installed any SSL certificates on any RaQ3s yet? If so, do you know
where the certs and keys are stored?
Here's the deal:
I go to the RaQ3 whiz-bang GUI, choose the site for which SSL is enabled,
enter country, location, etc., paste in our existing cert, choose "Use
manually entered certificate", click the GUI button, and, voila,
"certificate files do not exist" pops up at the bottom.
So, I enter my info, choose "Generate self-signed certificate", and make a
private key. Then, I paste in our existing cert, choose "Use manually
entered certificate", click the GUI button, and, voila, now I get
"Certificate does not match private key".
This leads me to conclude that I shall have to do this manually, by putting
our existing key and cert where they ought to be, and away we go.
Thing is, where do I put them?
On the RaQ2, the cert lives at /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.crt/server.crt, while the
key lives at /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.key/server.key. On the RaQ3, there are no
such directories. There are two directories with likely names, at
/etc/ssl/private and at /etc/ssl/certs. You would think the key and cert
would go there. However, when I do my GUI thing, nothing gets written there.
Nor would I put it past these rascals to make aptly named directories for
the purpose, then ignore them and put the stuff elsewhere. In fact, the
names of the files themselves may well be different.
So how do we find out what to put where?
Or is there another way?
Thanks,
Brendan
